- Is the service available to foreigners? Also, are there any English-speaking cast members?

We are open to legal women over the age of 18, regardless of nationality or race.
Whether or not casts are able to attend to foreign language speakers depends on the cast.
You can get information about it from the cast profile page on our website. (You'll see an item labeled "Speak English" and "Nonnative").
"Speak English" indicates whether the cast member can speak English, and "Nonnative" indicates whether the cast member can accept non-Japanese speaking customers.
- I don't speak Japanese or English, can I still use your services?

We respond to phone calls only in Japanese, and e-mails only in Japanese and English.
For the safety of both customers and cast members, and to provide appropriate services, we may not be able to accept your application if we find that you do not understand our Terms of Use or if we find it difficult to communicate well with you.
- I don't have a Japanese phone number. Can I use LINE (Messenger, Skype, Whatsapp, etc.) instead?

Customers who do not have a Japanese phone number will be asked to call our office by international phone for identification purposes.
Only if you have difficulty making international calls, we may ask you to send us a copy of your passport for identification procedures.

If the reservation form is incomplete or contains information that violates the Terms of Use, the reservation process will not proceed.
For the safety of both customers and cast members, and to provide appropriate services, we may not be able to accept your application if we find that you do not understand our Terms of Use or if we find it difficult to communicate well with you.
- I have difficulty making bank transfers from overseas. Can I still pay in cash for payments over 50,000 yen?
- As a rule, reservations for which payment exceeds 50,000 yen will only be accepted by bank transfer.
- I am a foreigner, can I use online courses such as Message+?

Yes. International customers are also welcome.
Payment for online courses is made by bank transfer, but please note that paying by overseas remittance is a little more special.
We can only accept payment by overseas remittance if the remittance amount is 50,000 yen or more since we are responsible for the overseas remittance fee of 2,000 yen.
Therefore, even if the fee for the online course you applied for is less than 50,000 yen, you need to transfer 50,000 yen.
The remainder of the 50,000 yen minus the fee for the online course you applied for will be a deposit that can be used for next reservations.
- What is the maximum number of characters for Message+ in English?

For English, it is twice as much as Japanese, 3,200 characters.

- What is the message field on the reservation form for?

Please indicate anything you would like to do, what you would like the cast member to do or not do, what you like, what you don't like, how you want to be treated, how you don't want to be treated, etc.
In the "Questions for Cast Members" section of each cast member's profile page, they have listed "Things I would be happy if you could tell me in the message box when you appoint me for the first time".

If you add the 60-minute date option to the wellness course, you will not be able to use the entire 60 minutes for coffee shops or restaurants.
It must be within 60 minutes, including travel from the meeting place to the restaurant and from the restaurant to the hotel.

- It depends on the hotel, so If you would like to know, please check the hotel's website or contact the hotel by yourself.
- Can I exchange contact information with a Cast Member?

Exchanging personal contact information with cast members (trying to get personal information from cast members and staff) and attempting to meet outside of the service are strictly prohibited.
If you give your card or any contact information to a Cast Member, it will be shredded and reported to the staff.
(Sharing images and data with cast members using smartphones or other devices, such as AirDrop, is also prohibited.)
- I would like to post an experience report of your services online.

We prohibit the uploading of experience reports of our store on the Internet such as social networking sites etc without our permission, as it will lead cast members to be identified.
If you wish to publish your text or cartoon as a report of your experience of our services on the SNS etc, please definitely contact us before publishing it.
- I'm a foreigner. Can men use your services?
- We are sorry, but we do not have any services that we offer to men abroad.
